Being Well may allow You to be more productive at work and home, and perform activities that you enjoy with others, or Yourself. It may be overcoming an injury or health condition that would otherwise make you more dependent on Your loved ones. It may be taking a more active approach in your health by eating better, finding time to rest and reducing Your stress. It may be Shifting Your Health by monitoring various health indexes like Your blood pressure, steps in a day, or wearing a heart rate monitor while exercising.
